LUST FOR LIFE: GOOD SEX

by Paris Lia

Yesterday a friend of mine and I were strategizing ways for me to fit workouts into my schedule. Our conclusion was that right now basically…well…I can’t (we’re realists). I’m just much busier than usual lately to the point where I barely have the energy to walk my dog. I have a feeling I’m not alone in the endeavor to squeeze non-existing free time out of a hectic schedule. It’s not impossible, but it’s definitely a struggle to set aside time to exercise. A possible solution? According to my friend’s consoling tidbit, having passionate sex burns more calories than doing yoga.

(Shhhhhh….it’s not B.S……okay, maybe it is….hey….just go with it….)

Her fun and somewhat ridiculous claim has inspired the following series of posts about the things, in my humble opinion, that make up ‘the good life’…and the places to go in LA to facilitate such a wonderful concept.

So for today…

PART 1

GET PHYSICAL!!

A major part of a good life is indeed, good sex. Everyone should have good sex, let’s say (for the sake of my friend’s argument), at least three times a week.

If you don’t have a regular ‘work out partner,’ there are lusty alternatives to getting in shape. If you ask me, there’s no better way to acquaint yourself with said alternatives than to book yourself, and a group of your single girlfriends, for a pure romance party.   A love consultant will come to your house and debrief the lot of you giggling, cocktail guzzling ladies on the toys and techniques that will enrich your physical fitness.

Then, once you do meet the man who has all the qualities to fulfill your work out regimen, you’ll have all the brass tacks know-how to live happily ever after…
